What is Byrd Watch Co?
It's in the name. We sell a variety of watch hobby merch and wrist accessories in the form of our line of stylish bracelets, including the "Double D" and "Big D" bracelets. Our bracelets are designed to be fashionable and trendy and help you look way cooler.
What do the bracelets do?
If you mean do they stop harmful radiation entering your body, or make you smarter or more flexible? No! They don't do anything. Although we suspect neither do the ones that say they do. What they will do, however, is up your wrist game. By like, a lot.
Where are your products made?
Our line of bracelets are designed here in North Carolina and manufactured by our partners in Hong Kong. Our apparel and drinkware are all designed and printed in North Carolina.
How do you support causes?
At Byrd Watch Co, we are committed to supporting causes that are important to us. For example, we donate a portion of the proceeds from the "Double D" bracelet to The National Breast Cancer Foundation. By purchasing our bracelets, you contribute directly to these causes.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at byrdwatchco@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Can I return custom or personalized items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products or personalized items. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Can I cancel or return my order if it is being shipped to the European Union?
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Are final sale items and gift cards eligible for return?
No, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
