Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping — United States
Byrd Watch Co offers FREEÂ USPS Economy shipping on all U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery time for USPS Economy shipping is typically 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
Byrd Watch Co offers international shipping to select countries.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping carrier, service selected, and package details.
Available international shipping options may include:
- DHL Express Worldwide
- USPS First Class Package International
- USPS Priority Mail International
- USPS Priority Mail Express International
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout before your order is completed.
International Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
Where available, some services may support prepaid duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are not prepaid at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges due upon delivery.
Byrd Watch Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import charges.
Delivery Times

Domestic U.S. Economy shipping is typically estimated at 5–8 business days.
International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Byrd Watch Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Byrd Watch Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier first.

Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
